1. Choose an Appropriate Name
Use a decent name for your character, guild, and private shops. Names containing obscene, racist, or offensive words will not be accepted. (Penalty: Rename/Permanent Ban depending on the situation).

2. Respectful Language
Avoid using language that may disturb other players or staff. Any words intended to insult another player will be penalized, even if they do not contain vulgar language. (Penalty: Mute/Ban).

3. Report Bugs
If you encounter any bugs, you must report them immediately! Exploiting bugs or using hacks, scripts, or cheating programs will result in severe penalties. (Penalty: Permanent Ban).

4. Trading Restrictions
Trading between our server and another private server is strictly prohibited. This includes indirect transactions like "I'll trade here for there." (Penalty: Permanent Ban).

5. Account Security
The staff is not responsible for stolen items or accounts. Recommendation: Use a strong, unique password with uppercase letters and symbols. Avoid simple passwords like "1234," "abcd," or "qwerty."

6. Polite Behavior
Maintain respectful language towards other players and staff. (Penalty: 12-hour Mute/Temporary Ban).

7. Marketing Announcements
Use the "marketing" category only for announcements. If you find something you like, contact the poster via private message.

8. Advertising
Advertising other Metin servers will result in a permanent account ban.

9. Insults Towards Staff
Any insult or offensive language directed at staff members may result in account bans of 1 to 7 days based on the situation. This rule also applies to Discord. (Penalty: IP Ban).

10. Real Money Transactions (RMT)
RMT of any kind is prohibited. (Penalty: Permanent HWID Ban).

11. Fraudulent Trading Statements
Statements like "I’ll give here for there" will result in a warning and, upon repeated violations, a permanent ban.

12. False Reports
False reports regarding missing items, yang, or other in-game objects will result in IP bans of 1 to 7 days.

13. Server or Staff Defamation
Defamation or false accusations against the server or staff without evidence will lead to a minimum 30-day HWID ban. This does not restrict free speech but aims to prevent baseless accusations.

14. Identity Fraud
Using someone else's identity in-game or creating accounts to scam others will result in permanent bans on IP and HWID. Scamming by deception will also result in the same penalty unless the victim voluntarily gave away their account.
